Broken man hole cover

• Man hole still not fixed a month on. Noise level is increasing and keeping me and my children up at night. Not able to have the windows open as far too loud which is not ideal with the warmer weather!

  This was fixed but is as bad as previously, there is also now a water leak next the pelican crossing/traffic lights

• Affinity Water tell me that the council refused them a licence to dig up the road to fix the water leak. Has the council also refused the fixing of the manhole cover??? The cover now has the surrounding structure crumbling. Will it take a vehicles wheel to fall down a broken manhole for the council to actually fix the problem???
