Traffic light timing too short

The lights to let traffic from the A417 at the Elmbridge roundabout are set far too short, only 15 seconds at most, and let a few cars out at a time. In comparison the lights to let a single lane of cars into Longlevens are given twice that, despite the road always being congested to the roundabout. This is causing tailbacks to the turning for the Nuffield gym and consequently 30 minute delays. This is unacceptable.
