Gym users from 6am daily using the bend to park their cars, this has been going on for 6 months, the gym owners pay old swan conservative club to use their car park but never use it

Issues with parking on the bend and on double yellow lines are still continuing and many people are getting fed up with it, when are the council going to instruct there ticket officers to walk down there to put tickets on cars?
