Railway Underpass Flooded

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5834525.

The footpath and Cycleway under the railway line has been flooded for several weeks now making this route completely impassable. This makes getting from the Trunk road area to Southwood impossible. Can the drainage please be sorted out.
