Light in passageway from Grendon Walk to Woodcote Avenue is obscured

Reported via mobile in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 13:32, Wed 10 April 2024 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council 20 hours, 22 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 5834520.

The only light in this passageway has been obscured by trees in the garden of the adjoining house, which is currently unoccupied. This leaves the passageway in total darkness. Last night, just before 11pm I was walking home up this path and I tripped on an uneven slab (that I was unable to see) and hurt my knee and shoulder. The pictures attached are taken from the top of the path looking towards Woodcote Ave. The one with the house shows the outside light on the house as the only source of light. This hedge needs to be cut back urgently before someone else suffers injury. Thank you
