email rec 26/03/2024 - Dear Sirs, this is an email update to enquire when our pedestrian access will be working on the Moorend Park Road/Shurdington Road two way junction. The buttons have been out of action now for 5 days. Please treat this as priority as there are many retired/elderly residents living around here. Some of us have mobility issues and its difficult trying to cross a busy junction.

    Should the issue pose an immediate danger to public safety such as:-
    •Objects on the highway network (i.e. a fallen tree)
    •Faulty temporary or permanent traffic lights (i.e. stuck on red)
    •Exposed cables
    •Multiple street lighting faults
    •Flooded roads
    •Potholes over 75mm deep •Manhole/Metal Cover (i.e. missing or dangerous) please call our emergency number 08000 514 514.

    We will provide you with an update within ten working days, however, our aim is to keep you informed of progress within five working days, whenever possible.
