Blocked drains for car park

Sent to Milton Keynes Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5827211.

Carpark in front of Kingfisher surgery / Tesco gets flooded when it rains and the bottom side of the parking area can’t be used when it rains. There are two drains in the middle of the carpark but they are clearly blocked.
