Fence required to prevent vehicle access to path

Several years ago there was a burnt out car on the Railway path near the Easton Community Centre. Quite how it was driven onto the path remains unknown but this new development has an open invitation to joyriders who can drive onto the path here. It simply needs a fence to prevent car access as other parts of the path.
