Reported via iOS in the Parks/landscapes category anonymously at 07:07, Tue 9 April 2024

Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5826857.

The fence between Windmill Road and the Longford River bank is pointing into the pavement at head height. These spikes are both sharp and rusty, and pose a danger to pedestrians on this busy street.

  • Rusty, spiked fence is still sticking into the pavement in places. May be the responsibility of the Royal Parks as it borders ‘their’ river.
