The fence between Windmill Road and the Longford River bank is pointing into the pavement at head height. These spikes are both sharp and rusty, and pose a danger to pedestrians on this busy street.

Rusty, spiked fence is still sticking into the pavement in places. May be the responsibility of the Royal Parks as it borders ‘their’ river.
