Dead trees dangerously overhanging road and footpath

There are a number of long dead trees (3 or 4) where the entire tree dangerously overhangs the road and opposite pavement. These trees always appear to be on the verge of collapse in strong winds and my concern is that they could come down at any time injuring property or worse. The trees in question sit directly opposite numbers 10-12 Ferry Lane and between Ferry Way and Schuster Close
