Drain totally blocked

This area always floods when it rains. Now it has dried up and cars have exposed the blocked drain it is obvious why. I asked the drain cleaning crew about a month ago to clear it but I don’t Theon they were able to find it.

    As you can see this is still blocked. It needs digging out as it is so full of mud. Can I lend OCC a shovel? This car was driving slowly but some go so fast they flood trhe pavement and anyone standing there. Its now 4 months (nearly 5) since it was first reported.
