Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5821452.

Vehicle Reg KE12OKX parked illegally on corner of Devon Road/ Crawley Green Road, 7.45 am 08/04/24. The owner does not understand the highway code, has parked there many times before, and received tickets before. Car needs to be clamped or towed away!!? Many thanks.
