Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5820786.

At the junction of higham drive -raynham way there are always cars parked opposite the junction which is illigal the council would make a fortune booking them it makes it hard for us people who live on the estate its even worse when they play football on the park but they r there all the time holiday makers i expect no consideration please book them and teach them a lesson please
