Not fixed. Authority has indicated no action planned but this ignores the significance drop in road level and potential serious injury that could happen for a bike rider who does not see this in the dark

The manhole is collapsing further and it is evident that the cover is loose as it can be heard rocking as vehicles go over it. The edges of the road to the cover are getting deeper and deteriorating to the point that this could cause serious tyre or wheel damage. As it is in line with the offside wheels it means drivers who try to avoid it will block the area on the left identified for cyclists , or affect the lane on the right for right turn only A serious problem if this was missed in the dark by a bike rider
