Car has been parking on double yellow line by road junction.

A local business has been parking their company vehicle on the double yellow line at the junction of Millers Lane and High Street in Stanstead Abbotts, and it’s been causing traffic build-up on the main road because it’s making it difficult to turn into Millers Lane. It is also blocking visibility of the main road when trying to turn out of Millers Lane. They have been parking in this location consistently for the past three weeks.
