This update is to inform you that your enquiry has been assessed and an ad-hoc jetting job has been raised. Our jetting sites are scored on a risk based matrix, higher scoring gullies will be priority. However, if there is any immediate threat to the property or highways safety requiring an emergency response then we ask that this is telephoned through to the team on 0300 123 5020 between 8:30am – 5:00pm or outside of these hours, contact our out of hours team on 0300 123 5025.

Thank you for your enquiry. As we are experiencing severe weather conditions, only emergency cases will be attended where there poses a risk to property, public safety or high-risk highways.
Gullies vary in the speed they can drain water away and some will overflow during heavy rain even if there is no blockage. This does not necessarily mean the gully requires cleaning, and in such cases the water will clear when the rain stops. We will not visit overflowing gullies during heavy rainfall unless the water is causing a risk to life or property.
