Terrible traffic lights and lane usage

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5814028.

Who ever designed the road layout at these lights needs sacking, who chose to put the lane to go straight ahead on the same lane as the one that goes right, when vehicle are turning right and can't go, it's holding all the vehicles behind up as they can't get passed, yet the left hand lane is empty.

Actually it was the other way round and everyone complained so they changed it to what it is now. Can't please everyone
