We wish to bring to your attention a concerning matter regarding the property located at Cloud 9, 9 Great Marlow. It has repeatedly come to our notice that the said property is obstructing the public right of way onto Mabelmyll Croft. Despite being allocated rights to only one car parking space outside its garage, the property consistently blocks the pathway/driveway, as depicted in the previous attached image.

Moreover, this obstruction further extends to the Mabelmyll Croft sign post, exacerbating difficulties for delivery personnel attempting to locate the three residences within the vicinity.

In light of these circumstances and in accordance with the Highways Act 1980, we urge immediate action to rectify the obstruction and ensure unimpeded access to the public right of way.
