Sunken / defective manhole

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5811364.
There are two manhole on Elmstead lane directly infront on Old Manor Way. One of which is absolutely fine and cover fits over the hole perfectly with no gaps and is not sunken.
Unfortunately the other one is quite sunken and is getting progressively worse. The impact is that any vehicle driving over is causing the floors of nearby houses to vibrate. If the vehicle is a HGV, walls shake on passing over. The shaking is become progressively worse with each day. I am also concerned that as the manhole cover continues to sink this will cause the newly surfaced road to get dents or worse, cause an accident.
Please fix ASAP!
