Broken manhole cover (under traffic cone)

A manhole cover, on the footpath on the Northern side of Blackwall Way near to the start of the slip road on the Aspen Way and opposite the access to Paul Juilius Close, is broken.

It had been fixed a few months ago, but has since collapsed, leaving a hole about 20cm deep.

A traffic cone has been placed over the broken cover, but it is still hazardous to pedestrians.
