Large quantity of fly tipped rubbish in the ditch on Blackwall Way

There is a large quantity of fly tipped rubbish in the ditch on the north side of Blackwall Way between Blackwall Way and the Aspen Way.

Please note that the rubbish is NOT in the street or on the footpath, but is in the plants and bushes in the ditch that runs alongside the road and separates Blackwall Way from the Aspen Way. It will require manual picking.
