Hi Katy. I have been asked if the rubbish is within the properties border or left on the highway. It is at the front of the property. There are 3 bins that are on the pathway. I believe these have not been emptied because the wrong rubbish has been put into them. The occupants can't be bothered to deal with it, and more and more is being left to pile up. It's unsightly. Due to the close proximity of myself to the problem, I would appreciate that my report is anonymous. Thanks.

The 3 bins in question are outside of 734 Osmaston Road, Derby, DE24 8GU. These used to be stored at the rear of the property but now they are left outside of the Phone Shop and Cob shop they must be sick of the rubbish and maybe a health issue as they are always overflowing.

it appears that the tenants have scarpered and there may be someone else residing there now. the landlord seems to be having to do the clearing up.
