Sign stuck out from wall

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5803942.

Someone appears to have affixed 1' x 1.5' sign to the stone wall on Church Street which protrudes into the carriageway just at the perfect height to either knock the wing mirror off a car or a rider off a motorbike. This doesn't appear to be illuminated nor reflective.
