Van obstructing pavement and disabled ramp

Sent to Milton Keynes Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5803240.

A white van is parking on the pavement evenings and weekends in Carlton Close no 12 , blocking the pavement and the disabled ramp access. Has been doing so for about 3 months now. Nobody can get past whilst the van is on the pavement forcing pedestrians to walk into the road.
