Kissing gate too narrow for parent with child or parents with a child buggy
Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5802592.
There is an adjoining gate which used to be free to open alongside the kissing gate but it no longer opens (new owners have closed it) . Is there anything that can be done to improve this situation?
