Business blocking public right of way

It has come to our attention that the property located at Unit 71, as delineated in official planning documents, has been obstructing the public right of way onto Mabelmyll Croft. Despite being allocated rights to only one car parking space outside its garage, the property persistently infringes upon the pathway/driveway, as depicted in the attached image.

Furthermore, this obstruction extends to the Mabelmyll Croft sign post, impeding the ease of access for delivery personnel attempting to locate the three residences within the vicinity.

In accordance with Section 137 of the Highways Act 1980 and Section 3 of the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000, we hereby request that the necessary measures be taken to ensure the unimpeded access to the public right of way and the unobstructed visibility of the Mabelmyll Croft sign post.
