These blue bags have now been under the tree for at least 2 weeks. Why is this the only tree in the street that keeps having blue bags left under it. Not a pretty sight over Easter. If these bags have to be left in the street, please choose a different tree for a change. Why do they have to stay so long? It encourages fly tipping because it is seen as a dumping place.
