Overly tall tree losing branches when windy

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5798392.

Some of the trees in the garden Village area outside 85 have become too tall and falling branches when windy is becoming more frequent. Could the tress be cut back or reduced to help with damage to property.
