Footpath from Sydney Road bridge to Hungerford road bridge

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5798155.

The footpath is constantly flooded just as it levels off from the Sydney road bridge. This prevents usage of the footpath and means access to the new “pocket park” on Hungerford road is not possible from Sydney Road.

I believe a soakaway/French drain or maybe just the footpath needs slightly raising to bring it above the surrounding field would help alleviate the flooding.
