Light sensor is not detecting vehicles problem

There seems to be a problem with the sequencing of the Greenways junction traffic lights, they are staying on red for much longer than usual and causing a significant tailback on Barnwood Road (backing up towards church lane). As there are no keep clear markings at junctions it’s exacerbating the problem. Can you follow up and see if the timings can be restored to normal?
