Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5791497.

Just wondered if the sanctions for through traffic from Woodcock Road down to Angel Road before 9am have been changed or revoked. Used to be buses and taxis only. Now signs are covered with bin bags so am confused if valid or not.
