Blocked drain by traffic lights on bothe sides of road. Reported this previously but it was closed without anyone fixing it. Please investigate this time

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Due to the exceptionally wet weather, we have received an increase in the number of enquiries relating to the state of our roads. All safety defects must be prioritised to keep our highways safe; this may result in scheduled work being delayed.
