Water leak

Sent to Mid Suffolk District Council and Suffolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5789472.

For most of the time water is rising up from the high point of the road and running down and pooling at the low point of the road at the blind bend. Yesterday, the water covered the whole width of the road. This issue has been ongoing for a year or more. It is particularly bad at the moment, but was also problematic last year, even during hot and dry periods. Sorry, no pictures, as not really safe to stop and take them on a narrow blind bend.
