Playground in disrepair for months

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5787356.

The roundabout at the playground has been broken with fencing around it for ages - maybe 12 months

There has also been a missing spring vehicle for over 2 years

Children are the future of our community and surely for the small cost playgrounds should be repaired and improved

Please can the playground be fixed and improved as soon as possible?

    This is still the same that a year ago…they came to cut the grass on the field and they even bother to cut it on the playground,equipment still broken,rocket never replaced…a disgrace for many the families with children in the area!!

  • Thank you for your enquiry. There is currently a borough wide costing project being undertaken which involves potential works to a wide variety of play items and safety surfacing - including this/these items specifically. We expect to be able to update over the course of June/July on our plans

Unfortunately due to issues in the supply chain, beyond our control, there has been a pause on these works. However, this should be completed within the next few weeks.
