Unstable metal railing

Sent to Essex County Council and Uttlesford District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5786641.

There is unstable metal railing with signage midstay car park next to midstay bus stop on the exit from terminal. It is screwed to the ground instead concrete like others. Leaning to the rail impossible after long journey.
