New tarmac not sealed

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5785057.

Workhouse Lane East Meon has just had four days work repairing the road surface. I would estimate that half of the patches put down have not been sealed at the edges.What poor workmanship and a dreadful way to spend taxpayers money. Get back and finish the job before the work has to be done all over again
