Pot hole poor road surface

This junction seems to be flooded at the earliest event of any rainfall. The road is constantly under water and the surface is losing its strength. The deeper holes are dangerous for cyclists and vehicles . Unfortunately I have fallen victim to excessive damage . Whilst driving the route , what I thought was a small shallow pool of rainwater, actually resulted in a deep over 100mm hole . This has caused my vehicle damage resulting in me sending the vehicle into the garage for repair costs .
