Sent to Essex County Council and Uttlesford District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5783056.

The storm drain is blocked and has been for months causing flooding when it rains

No response from Essex Highways and our local Essex Councillor paul Gadd unable to have any influence
