Large area of tarmac (2x1m) now delaminating

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5782979.

Immediately adjacent to the pothole with multiple temporary repairs a large and growing section of tarmac is delaminating. When vehicles hit this on the 60mph road the debris is thrown into the path of other vehicles. This started the day after the last repair.
