Hello

I am writing to bring your attention to the condition of the access roads around Kingsway Gardens. The roads are currently plagued with numerous potholes, collapsed drains, and blocked drains, which are causing significant inconvenience and potential safety hazards for residents and visitors alike.

We, the residents, are planning to undertake substantial block paving repairs and re-surfacing of our parking areas in front of our blocks of flats. We believe that this presents an excellent opportunity for us to work in partnership with the council to address all these issues in a coordinated and cost-effective manner.

Perhaps we could engage the same contractor for both the council's road repairs and our planned works. This would not only ensure consistency in the quality of work but also potentially result in cost savings due to the scale of the combined project.

I would be more than happy to facilitate a joint site visit to assess the extent of the required works and discuss the best way forward.

    Hello i can see white spray paint marking on the access roads around KWG. does this mean you are carrying out major repairs to the tarmacing and drain collapses around Kingsway gardens roads? thanks Luke Charles Aster Group
