Car blocking pavement

Sent to Redbridge 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 577860.

Resident at 3 Ripon Gardens parks their car across the pavement. Blocking it by 4-5 feet. Please can you investigate, and ask them to stop.

You have to walk in the road to go around the car. Not good for old people in this weather.
