Tarmac around a metal cover

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5776890.

The tarmac around the metal drain cover is deteriorating quickly. This was repaired a couple of years ago but at that time was quite a big undertaking closing the south bound carriageway. So better to do it now perhaps - "a stitch in time saves nine!"
