Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5773982.

Despite recent repairs being carried out the team you sent left several holes in the road instead of fixing all of them whilst they were there, including one square repair which has another hole literally on the edge of the repair itself, which seems absolutely ridiculous and needs to be looked at by an inspector.
