Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5772985.

This problem has been here for months , about a month ago a sign was put down saying FLOOD so this problem is known , people are unable to use any of the pavements for fear of getting soaked with filthy contaminated rain and drain water
