Neighbours parking 2 cars in one space, blocking off pathway. I'm a childminder and this is a safeguarding issue. They have 4;cars in total and constantly causing obstruction.

    Not using their garage, regularly blocking me in, which is a safeguarding issue for me as I'm a childminder. Then the other two cars double park in one space so cars jut out onto the road making manoeuvre out of the space difficult.
