Traffic lights out of sync on rathbone road side

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5770122.

The traffic lights seem to be out of sync on rathbone side causing cars to drive through the lights on red and even turning in the road to go the other way.
