Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5769969.

A broken large silver general waste bin. Wheels were broken a few weeks ago when emptying and the bin is not being emptied. The bin needs 2 new wheels and required emptying ASAP. The lack of an empty bin is causing excess litter on the street, inviting seagulls and vermin. Bin is in Cowan Lane.

Bins aren’t being emptied at all. Overflowing. The bin with the broken bin hasn’t been emptied in weeks.
