This 'hole' was filled yet again recently but it has not resolved all of the problem. As I explained when I followed up by phone there is a severe dip in the road which fills with water every time it rains. This water is then splashed up and over our wall which has caused considerable damage to the wall since it was built 5 years ago and as can be seen in the photo. The similar dip in the road outside no 22a Nursery Lane was dealt with last week by a drain being installed. Can you urgently arrange for the same remedy for this problem. Please do not just send a team to fill with tarmac again as this does not solve the issue.
