Bollards removed.

Outside 69 Lewsey Road wooden bollard/s have been removed so the cars/vans can get access to the drivway and parking on the drop kerb/grass verge causing issues for people using the footpath. I ahve reported this before and if you look at Streetview you will see that the bollards were there so somebody has removed them.
