Drain Cover sinking

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 576725.

In between Warehams lane and the roundabout on the inside lane the drain is sinking. Felt like my car was going to fall in it when I drove over it earlier today.
